• Non-emergency calls and routine appointment calls will be answered weekdays 9:00am to 5:00pm.
• Evening and weekend: our telephone is answered by an answering service that will direct your call to the physician on-call.  In the case of a medical emergency dial 911.
• For some emergencies during the night and weekend, you would be seen at the emergency room at Beverly Hospital.

If you cannot keep an appointment, please call to cancel it. This courtesy on your part makes it possible to give time to another patient who wishes to be seen that day.
